Jean-Marc Serrano Deladoey studied Marine Sciencies at the University of Gran Canaria. He continued his formation at SEAD (Salzburg Experiemental Dance Academy) and at Choreographic Center La Raffinerie-Charleroi Danses inBrussels, thanks to the Tranning Support from the Spanish Ministry of Culture.
As dancer he has been working for La Fura del Baus and the dance company Versiò Àcida.As a choregrapher he founded the dance company HierbaRoja in 2006 (www.hierbarojadanza.bolgspot.com.) He recived the Dance Scholarship “Auditorium Sa Màniga-Fundació Sa Nostra 06” to coproduce the video installation In-Out-Loops;and has make three pieces: Coches Rojos, miedo y Cafeteras (Red cars, fear and coffemachines)-First pricein Performing Arts “Encuentros de Jóvenes Artístas de Navarra08”; Hasiera (El Principio de la Incertidumbre) and WUC (Wake Up Calling).
Actually he is working as a choreographer for the Theater company Babakas from Birmingham in their new production called “Our Fathers”. In 2012 he just founded The Quanta Art Project/Jean-Marc Serrano Deladoey and, talking in an artistically way, he is directing a Programme ofResidencies and Workshops for the Summer “2012” at the Cultural Center Cap Vermell in Mallorca.
